Lifting weights looks scary. Is this for me?

We will continuously check-in with you and your comfort level and be there to support you through any worries or fears you may have. If there is an exercise you don't like we won't put it in your program.

What training styles do you offer?

That depends on your preferences and goals. We can combine any of the following types of training into your program.
Callisthenics, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Stronglifting, Functional Training, Mobility Training and Flexibility Training.

Will I get bulky?

Only if you want to! Changes in your appearance happen slowly over time. You won't suddenly go from a beginner to looking like you are entering a Bodybuilding competition. Those people work extremely hard for their physiques. You definitely won't turn into Arnold Schwarzenegger by accident.

What are the benefits to resistance training?

There are so many benefits. Here are a few:

  • Improves bone density (Very important as we age)
  • Improves your metabolism
  • Slows down the aging process. Enhances the ability of older adults to perform daily tasks
  • Reduces your chances of sustaining muscular or skeletal issues
  • Enhances your physical appearance
  • Improves psychological well being

I have experience, can I skip the beginner levels and go straight to Small Group Training Sessions?

Come to the gym for a free consultation and we can discuss your experience and goals.


Maybe you have hit a lull in your training and want a 1:1 Personal trainer to get better results and to hold you accountable.


If you have experience you can go straight into Small Group Training Sessions. Training at the gym can be lonely, most people are wearing headphones. It's really fun when you find people who share your interest. We encourage cheering each other on and a warm and friendly sense of camaraderie.

How many times per week should I train?

That depends on your lifestyle and goals. We recommend beginners to train twice per week.
You can train up to 6 sessions per week here if you want to.

How long is each training session?

Each time slot is for 55 minutes. If you need extra time you can do your warm up and cool down stretch before and after your session without a Trainer.

Is there parking nearby?

There are 2 different underground carparks nearby. You can pay when exiting at the ticket machine or use the parking companie's app.

SABA Parking - Entrance on Sa Gerreria, The pedestrian exit "Juzgados" is closest to the gym.
