How does it work?

Grit 'N' Glory Gym welcomes beginners and experienced members

Free consultation

Come to the gym for an in-person visit.
We will discuss your goals, lifestyle, previous exercise experience and any mobility or injuries you may have.

We will then create a training plan and nutrition plan tailored to you.

1:1 Personal Training

Our experienced personal trainers will teach you the fundamentals of resistance training. You will perfect your form on each exercise.

Discounts are available if you bring 1 or 2 friends along for these sessions. (You must all be at the same level)

Small Group Training

After graduating the beginner levels you can join our Small Group Training Sessions.
Here you will be working through your individual program amongst a group of like-minded people.
We encourage a safe non-judgemental community. This is a great opportunity to meet people who share your interest in fitness.

What's included?

  • Personalised training & nutrition plan. Completely custom to you. Adapted as you progress.
  • Access to our App with features such as: record your training session sets & reps data, food-log, challenges, extensive exercise library and booking system.
  • Just bring yourself and a water bottle. A gym towel, water, coffee & tea are provided.
  • Become a part of our community. Headphones are allowed but we encourage members to speak to each other! Cheering each other on, spotting each other, celebrating when someone hits a goal, having a coffee or protein shake after a session. Maybe going for a walk together after a session to get your daily steps in.
  • Fun Events. From time to time we will run events for our members inside and outside the gym.
